Netcom Limited WarrantyThe warranty obligations of NETCOM for the item/s purchased are limited to the following terms and conditions below:

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal usage and maintenance within the warranty coverage period. Netcom will replace the item/parts at no charge if it has been proven that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.

What is Not Covered?The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, and exposure to excess moisture, fire, lightning, power surges, or any fortuitous event.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?The warranty period would start from the date of purchase and will last depending on the brand and type of gadget. Please refer to the table below for more details.

What Will NETCOM Do?Netcom will repair the faulty item using either new or refurbished parts, free of any charge for the labor to complete the repair and restore the product to its proper operating condition. If the item is beyond repair, it will be replaced with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Netcom to perform substantially the same function as the original product.

How to Get the Service?For Netcom Members, simply contact our Service Center at 223 1565 ext# 352 and set an appointment for the faulty item to be checked by our Technicians. Or walk in to our Service Center and bring the faulty item for our Technicians to determine the issue and provide the most appropriate solution. For Non-member, a receipt is required and must be shown to our Technical Service Representative for warranty validation.

What are the modes of payment?We accept the following modes of payment at all our Retail Outlets: - Cash or Debit Card - 0% Installment Plan (BAIDURI/BIBD/SCB) - Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard/ Amex/ JCB) - Bank Loan (BIBD At-Tamwil) - Gift Vouchers - Cheque* *Cheque must be made payable to Netcom Computer House and must be cleared before goods can be collected.

Does Challenger accepts Installment Payment Plan?Netcom offers 0% Interest-Free Installment Payment Plan from six (06) to twelve (12) months (minimum spending of $500) or twenty-four (24) months (minimum spending of $3000) tenure at all outlet nationwide. 0% Interest-Free Installment Payment Plan is available for BAIDURI,BIBD,SCB credit cards holders. Debit cards are not accepted. *Terms & Conditions apply. Installment plans are not offered for selected items and credit card must not be set at $500 credit limit.

Can I pay with cheque?Yes, we do accept cheque payment. However, goods can only be released after the cheque clearing process. Cheque should be made payable to Netcom Computer House.

Will membership card be issued?No physical membership card will be issued. For every purchase item at Netcom, members are required to mention their Mobile Number/NRIC at the Cashier to accumulate points and transaction history.
